Healing mind, body & mountain spirit.

At Sagebrush Recovery, we provide integrated, individualized care from a clinical and peer support team rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience. We’re real humans offering real support—compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in connection. We honor your full story: the trauma you’ve carried, the strength you’ve built, and the peace you deserve. Together, we hold space for your healing in the Colorado mountains you call home.

A scenic mountain landscape with a lush green valley, wildflowers, and tall pine trees under a partly cloudy sky.

A world where healing is possible everywhere—even at the end of a dirt road. Where recovery is celebrated, support is accessible, and every person is met with compassion, connection, and care—no matter where they are on the map or in their journey.

Our Vision:

Sagebrush Recovery is dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and integrated behavioral health care to Colorado’s mountain towns. Through licensed clinical treatment, peer coaching, and community connection, we help individuals navigate recovery from substance use and mental health conditions with dignity, safety, and purpose. Our approach is rooted in nature, nurtured by experience, and guided by heart.

Our Mission:

Our Methods

  • A man with a backpack and camera standing on a narrow concrete bridge surrounded by green forest.

    Personal

We partner with each individual to create a treatment plan that honors their personal goals, meets their foundational needs, and aligns with what matters most to them.

  • Group of people sitting on rocks and watching a sunset over a lake and mountains.

    Family & Social

Through a blend of peer support and clinical guidance, we help individuals rebuild meaningful connections with their families and social networks. From recovery-focused activities to group support, our approach strengthens relationships and fosters lasting community.

  • A man in a green plaid shirt is speaking or presenting to a group of people seated at a long table in an outdoor covered patio, with string lights hanging from above.

    Community

We help individuals find the resources they need, support every path to recovery, and bring meaningful education into the community. By breaking down stigma and building connection, we help create spaces where recovery can thrive.

  • A person walking through a spiral labyrinth made of stones on a sandy area by the ocean, with rocks and water in the background.

    Cultural

We embrace and nurture all spiritual and religious beliefs, accompanying individuals on their spiritual journey to connect with the higher power of their choice.

We provide care that centers around the individual, builds on their strengths, and prioritizes safety and healing. With a trauma-informed and solution-focused approach, we aim to empower each person on their path to long-term recovery.
