  • Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

  • Live in a rural Colorado community

  • Are passionate about recovery and helping others

  • Are self-motivated and enjoy working independently and as a team

  • Experience and certifications preferred but not required as we will assist in helping the right candidates access the trainings needed to become certified.

  • Lived experience is the most important qualification for this role. If you have a story to tell about hardships, resiliency and success in sobriety, we want to hear it.
