Have over 1 year of active and sustainable sobriety
Are over the age of 21
Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Live in a rural Colorado community
Are passionate about recovery and helping others
Are self-motivated and enjoy working independently and as a team

Experience and certifications preferred but not required as we will assist in helping the right candidates access the trainings needed to become certified.
Lived experience is the most important qualification for this role. If you have a story to tell about hardships, resiliency and success in sobriety, we want to hear it.
